FIRST LINE DECISION LABS
Structured Decision Review Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between: First Line Decision Labs (“FLDL”) and Client (“Client”)
Effective Date: Upon review submission
1. Scope of Services
FLDL provides structured decision analysis services in the form of:
Decision Snapshot Review (condensed analysis)
Strategic Decision Review (expanded multi-layer scenario modeling)
The specific service, scope, and fee will be confirmed in writing via an engagement confirmation email prior to commencement. Engagement availability and commencement terms are governed by Section 4 (Fees & Payment) of this Agreement.
Services are strictly limited to the structured analysis of the decision question submitted through the client intake process and any follow-up clarifications provided during the engagement.
No services outside the confirmed scope are included unless separately agreed upon in writing.
2. Nature of Services
FLDL provides only a structured analytical perspective.
FLDL does not provide:
Legal advice
Financial advice
Investment advice
Medical advice
Psychological counseling
Operational execution services
FLDL may use analytical tools, software systems, and other technologies to support internal analysis. All final analyses, interpretations, and conclusions are reviewed and determined by FLDL.
All final decisions, implementation strategies, and outcomes remain solely under the Client’s control and responsibility.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
FLDL provides structured modeling of potential risks, exposures, trade-offs, and strategic positioning.
FLDL does not guarantee:
Specific results
Financial outcomes
Business performance
Legal outcomes
Risk elimination
Payment is for structured analysis and professional time — not for a guaranteed result.
4. Fees & Payment
Full payment and a signed Agreement are required prior to formal commencement of the advisory review. A confirmed commencement date will be provided in writing once both requirements are satisfied.
Once analysis has commenced, fees are non-refundable. In the event FLDL fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of services, FLDL will, at its discretion, provide a corrective revision or service credit. No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with outcomes or strategic direction.
If the Client elects not to proceed prior to the formal commencement of analysis, FLDL may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund or reschedule the engagement. Engagement commencement may be postponed by mutual written agreement prior to analysis beginning. Once analysis has commenced, the engagement may not be canceled, and fees remain non-refundable.
Engagement offers remain valid only for the period stated in the engagement confirmation email. If the signed Agreement and payment are not received within that period, FLDL is under no obligation to hold availability or honor previously proposed timelines.
5. Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
Decision Snapshot Review: 5–7 business days
Strategic Decision Review: 7–14 business days
Timelines begin on the confirmed commencement date, as provided in writing, following receipt of full payment, the signed Agreement, and complete intake materials.
FLDL operates on a sequential engagement model. Commencement dates are scheduled based on active engagement volume and are confirmed in writing following execution of this Agreement and receipt of payment.
Delays caused by incomplete or unclear intake information may adjust delivery timelines.
6. Confidentiality
FLDL will use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect client-submitted materials.
FLDL will not disclose client information to third parties unless required by law.
Client understands that electronic communication carries inherent risks and agrees to standard digital communication methods unless otherwise arranged.
